Melbourne – NCCS is pleased to announce the new look for the website www.nccs.com.au . The main purpose of taking this important step was to provide a user friendly interface to the customers, prospects and visitors. We have tried to provide more information about our products which will help gain a better understanding and help choose the right software package which best suits the company needs.
Some of the major features and enhancements in the new website are
1. WebEx Support: We are making use of an application called WebEx http://meetmenow.webex.com/ which will help us serve customers in a better way. We use the worlds no 1 web meeting softwares to communicate with our customers. By doing this we would like to save customers time by not making them spend more time with the issues they might face while working on the softwares, we have our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Queensland where our customers can take advantage in getting on sight support if the problems are more critical.
2. Product Demo: We have added this new page on our website for demonstration of the softwares. The same application which is used for Support called WebEx is also used to give an effective demonstration of the softwares to our prospects. The advantage of this is to get a clear picture of how the software works and to check whether it suits the kind of work a company does. We also give on sight software demo for our customers since we have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Queensland. We are also making use of this application for training purposes.
