We recently purchased Solidworks and Camworks. We thought we need a site visit when we faced some technical Questions , it would have been a waste of time for everyone. Using Webex remote desktop application the support engineer at NCCS was immediately able to solve. We feel more secured since we know that we have reliable and quick support available from NCCS.
